Apartment life in Greenpoint/Northside

Greenpoint, the northern most neighborhood in Brooklyn, is located a quick subway ride from Manhattan. It offers modest homes and clean streets. In addition, many of the industrial buildings have been turned into lofts. Northside is just south and there are no official boundaries between the two neighborhoods.
