Apartment
life in Fort Greene and Clinton Hill
Fort Greene is a socio-economically integrated
neighborhood which features rows of restored brownstones.
It is home to a growing number of artists, stimulated by the
cultural influence of the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
Clinton Hill is home to the Pratt institute
and is similar in many ways to Fort Greene. It offers a wider
array of housing, including high-rises, but has limited subway
access (G train). However, convenient bus service and easy
on street parking make the neighborhood popular.
