Apartment
life in Flushing
Flushing is the gateway to the rest of Queens
and beyond because it's the hub of multiple bus routes, rail
lines and highways. It's also home
to Flushing Meadow Corona Park (scene of the 1964 Worlds Fair)
and Queens College.
This middle class neighborhood is full of mature
trees and features apartment living that's more spacious and
lower cost than Manhattan. You can choose from high-rises,
small apartment communities and single family homes. However
if you're looking for luxury living, look elsewhere.
