In what order are premium listings placed?
4 Walls places premium listings in the appropriate
geographic region in the order they were purchased. It’s our
way of saying “thanks” to our loyal customers. This
position is retained as long as a community renews its advertising.
In what order are basic listings placed?
4 Walls basic listings are placed in alphabetical
order.
How does the listing process work?
After you decide to list, simply sign and fax back
an insertion order. Your listing date is 15 business days from the
date you sign the insertion order.
4 Walls will use your web site and marketing material
to create your listing. We will provide you a proof within 5-10
business days. Changes you email or fax us are implemented with
3 business days.
This process has been refined over 2 years to offer
you maximum control over the content of your listing while reducing
the amount of time you’ll need to process the listing. In
most cases, we only need a few minutes of your time to proof your
listing.
Can 4 Walls use photos from my other Internet
listings?
In most cases no. We can only use images that are
owned by your community or property management company. Internet
Listing Services generally retain the copyright to photos they have
taken on your behalf. We can only use photos and images from third
party sources if you have written permission for us to use them.
How can I make changes to my listing?
Simply mark up your listing and fax us at 215-689-4166
or email changes to info@4Walls.us. All changes are made within
2 business days.
