Chelsea Ridge is a pet-friendly community. We allow up to 1 dog per home and up to 2 pets total per home with a 50 pound weight restriction for dogs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per dog and $250 per cat. There is an additional monthly rent of $50 per dog and $25 per cat. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Very convenient to Beacon and New Hamburg train stations.

From Thruway: Exit 17, to Route 300, to I-84 East, on right. Take I-84 over Newburgh Beacon Bridge, get off at first exit after toll Exit 11. Go to top of ramp and make left. Will be traveling north on Route 9D. Continue north about four miles, Chelsea Ridge will be on the left side of the road.

From South: 684 to I-84 west. Exit I-84 at Exit 11. Go to top of ramp, make a right on to Route 9D. Stay on 9D for about 4 miles. Chelsea Ridge will be on the left side of road.

From points North: Take Route 9 south from Poughkeepsie to Route 9D. (Just past the Galleria and the South Hill Mall.) Bear right onto Route 9D. Continue on Route 9D through Village of Wappingers about 4 1/2 to 5 miles Chelsea Ridge Apartments will be on the right.

From city: Taconic to 84 west towards Newburgh bridge, take exit 11; on top of ramp take a right. Chelsea Ridge apartments are 4 miles up on left hand side.
